I'm a mom again!

Baby Ben was born on Oct 21st. We spent more than 20 days in NICU and went through 2 surgeries - but he's finally home. And thankfully I don't have to go back to work till January, so I can just spend the next month and a half or so enjoying him and my husband. I'm also hoping to do a little more work on my comics while I'm home. Work on Geoffrey and Annabelle is coming along nicely - and I may even take on a few commissions if the desire strikes me. :)

Hun, I've already said my piece in the past. You've got to get over this. Really you do. If anything, perhaps your lack of self confidence prohibits you from making it further in the art world? I'm not saying to grow an ego or be arrogant or anything like that - but take a moment and look back through all the stuff you did a few years ago. I bet back then you had moments when you thought you were the shiznit as far as an artist goes - and you look at it now and think it's terrible - or could be improved so much etc etc.

Quit looking at other people's work when it depresses you - you know your own moods better than everyone else. If you're unhappy with your progress, try something new, try something different. Quit falling back on the old standby comforts of Anime and push yourself in a new different way. It will feel awkward, but believe me, you'll thank yourself later.

hey, great help for aspiring graphics designers. Do you think school is necessary to pursue that path. I've been doing web sites since I was 14 or so, but just cant do the college thing.

I also wanted to ask if I can use your Batman holding Supermans cape peice for a ps3 wallpaper, i'll give credit and everything. I dont change anything of your image really, just move things around to fit a bigger area.
